Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, promoting our services, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive growth. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are welcome.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients/customers

  • Generate and qualify leads for B2B/B2C sales processes

  • Pitch services/products clearly and persuasively

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and promotions

  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM software

  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings/demos

  • Contribute ideas for brand visibility and campaign improvements

 
Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Confidence in cold calling and persuasion techniques

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

  • Ability to meet targets in a high-pressure environment

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

 
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or digital marketing

  • Knowledge of BPO industry and its services

  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.)

  • Experience in Google Ads or social media campaigns
