Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and supporting engineering projects and systems while ensuring high-quality standards, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize the responsibilities based on engineering domain – Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Software, etc.

For General Engineering / Plant / Production:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of machines, tools, or plant equipment.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Assist in project planning, installation, and commissioning of machinery or systems.

• Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.

• Prepare engineering documents, reports, and manuals.

• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and QA teams.

For Civil Engineering:

• Monitor construction site activities and supervise contractors and workers.

• Interpret and execute engineering drawings, blueprints, and plans.

• Handle project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material approvals.

For Electrical / Electronics Engineering:

• Install and maintain electrical systems, switchgear, and control panels.

• Handle electrical safety protocols and preventive maintenance.

• Work on automation, PLCs, sensors, and power management systems.

For Software / IT Engineers:

• Write and test clean, scalable code in appropriate languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to determine software requirements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Document development phases and monitor systems performance.
