₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Job Description:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries over phone calls

  • Provide accurate information with empathy

  • Escalate issues as needed

  • Maintain call quality and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages)

  • Basic computer knowledge
