Job Description:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries over phone calls
Provide accurate information with empathy
Escalate issues as needed
Maintain call quality and KPIs
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages)
Basic computer knowledge
