General Roles & Responsibilities by Department:
1. Medical Professionals (Doctors, Surgeons, Specialists)
  • Conduct patient examinations and assess health conditions.

  • Diagnose illnesses and prescribe treatments/medications.

  • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Perform surgeries or procedures when required.

  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Participate in medical research, case studies, and CME.

2. Nursing Staff
  • Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient care.

  • Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.

  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing care needs.

  • Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.

3. Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors.

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.

  • Handle billing and insurance documentation.

  • Maintain patient records and update databases.

  • Provide accurate information regarding services.

4. Lab Technician / Radiologist
  • Collect and analyze medical samples (blood, urine, etc.).

  • Operate diagnostic machinery (X-rays, ECG, MRI, etc.).

  • Maintain lab equipment and safety standards.

  • Report test results to physicians in a timely manner.

5. Pharmacist
  • Dispense prescribed medications accurately.

  • Counsel patients on dosage, usage, and side effects.

6. Housekeeping / Maintenance Staff
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, equipment, and public areas.

  • Manage biomedical and general waste disposal.

  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on hospital infrastructure.

7. Administrative Staff / Manager
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic/hospital.

  • Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
